Become a White Horse Member

• A firm’s membership is based on a reducing price scale as per the table below, depending on number of members of staff.
• A charge is made for all generalist fee-earning staff, including trainees, but excluding specialist members of staff.

• Firms are asked to provide a list of named staff who will be on the “technical headcount” and charges are based on the number of staff on this list.

• Firms are also asked to provide a list of “specialist” staff to enable White Horse to invoice appropriately.

• All those on the capitation list are entitled to unlimited attendance on all courses, with no penalties for non-attendance on booked courses.

• Specialist staff are charged at the standard non-member price for courses attended.

• Courses include all face-to-face CPD Courses and Tax Seminars; all online livestreamed CPD Courses and Tax Seminars as well as recorded CPD Courses; Practical Training Courses; Business Skills courses and IT courses run by White Horse. Please note that the Tax Seminars are not recorded.

• Also included is management of ACA/ACCA/ACMA training with First Intuition at Bristol and a 20% discount on their published fees.

• Attendance at face to face courses should be booked in advance and those attending must sign in on the attendance sheet provided. There is no charge for non-attendance.

• Attendance records are kept for face-to-face courses and can be provided for those who book on online courses.

• A link for each online course, plus the notes, will automatically be sent to the individual member of staff booked to attend.

• Tax seminars are also included in this package, whether face-to-face or online, and in either case notes will be emailed in advance directly to those booked on the courses.

* Full membership firms pay an annual per capita charge for all fee-earning members of staff. This entitles the firm to the benefits listed below. Fee-earning staff in a “specialist” capacity (payroll, corporate finance etc.), who would not typically attend more than one or two courses a year, may be classed as specialist staff and do not incur the capitation charge. These individuals are charged at the full non-member rate for attendance, as noted on each course.
